摘要
为给小麦抗旱鉴定指标的筛选、小麦品种的培育与利用提供科学依据,在聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)水分胁迫条件下研究了6份旱地小麦种质对水分胁迫的反应,并在种子萌发期进行了抗旱性评价。结果表明,PEG胁迫降低了小麦种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数,抑制了胚芽长、主胚根长度。综合评价认为,6份小麦种质资源中有3份材料(47-12,47-23,47-43)的渗透调节能力较强,具有较强的抵御干旱胁迫的能力,萌芽期的抗旱性强。
To provide a scientific basis for the selection of drought resistance identification indexes and the breeding and utilization of wheat varieties, in this paper, the response of 6 wheat germplasm to water stress was studied, and the drought resistance of the seed germination stage was evaluated under PEG-6000 water stress. The results showed that the PEG stress reduced wheat seed germination rate, germination potential, germination index, inhibited germ length and main radicle length. Comprehensive evaluation showed that 3materials’ s osmotic regulation ability(47-12, 47-23, 47-43)was stronger in 6 wheat resources, they had the stronger ability to resist drought stress, strong drought resistance in the embryonic stage.
