摘要
选取忻州市2000,2003,2005,2008,2010年5 a的相关数据,利用DEA模型对忻州市的土地利用效率进行分析。结果表明,忻州市各市县的综合技术效率差别较大;忻州市综合技术效率总体上呈下降趋势,并呈现波动变化;影响忻州市综合技术效率的因素主要是规模效率。忻州市土地利用效率总体上呈降低趋势,并呈现出波动变化;各市县土地利用效率的内部差异比较大。
In the paper, the DEA model was used to analyze the land use efficiency of Xinzhou city in 2000, 2003, 2005, 2008,2010. The results showed that the comprehensive technical efficiency of Xinzhou was a big different. The comprehensive technical efficiency of Xinzhou showed a downward trend in general, and presents the fluctuation change. The main effect of the comprehensive technical efficiency of Xinzhou city was the scale efficiency. The land use efficiency of Xinzhou was decreasing, and chang of land use efficiency was also fluctuating. The internal difference of land use efficiency in cities and counties was relatively large.
