河南农作物秸秆热电联产利用方式研究

秸秆能源化利用是解决秸秆焚烧的有效途径之一。在当前河南县域城镇集中供热需求背景下,结合农作物秸秆热电联产的技术性、经济性分析,采用热电联产方式是解决秸秆能源化利用的最好途径之一。然而,河南秸秆热电联产利用过程中存在燃料供应、管理、设备运行上的难点,地方政府必须通过合理规划,加大科研投入和政策支持,加快土地流转等措施加以推进。

It is an effective way to resolve the straw burning by straw energy utilization. It shows that the crop straw cogeneration is one of the best ways of straw energy utilization by the analysis on the technical and economical factors of straw cogeneration underground the central heating demand in Henan county towns. However, there are some difficulties in fuel supply, factory management and equipment operation. Some countermeasure should be launched to plan rationally, improve the scientific research investment and the policy support on straw cogeneration, and accelerate land transference for local government.
