摘要
通过介绍3例利用个体化定制的3D打印外固定器治疗胫骨骨折患者的护理,为该技术的推广应用提供临床护理指导和经验依据。护理要点:(1)与患者充分沟通,明确外固定器的优缺点,消除其恐惧和担忧,更好地配合治疗;(2)针对外固定器的特点,加强疼痛管理,预防针道感染和固定针松动等并发症的发生;(3)在骨折治疗的不同时期,正确指导患者进行功能锻炼,发挥外固定器控制应力环境的优势;(4)做好出院指导及出院随访工作。3例患者平均住院12d,外固定器使用时间平均为22.7周,所有患者均未发生针道感染及固定针松动等并发症,骨折愈合良好。
This paper reports nursing care of 3 tibial fracture patients treated with individualized customized 3D printing external fixation in order to provide clinical nursing instruction and experience promoting popularization and application of this technology. The nursing key points include： ①good communication with patients ,clear explication of advantages and disadvantages of external fixator,eliminating unnecessary fear and worry for better collaboration; ②aceording to characteristics of individualized customized 3D printing external fixation,attention should be paid to pain management and precaution of complications such as infection and pin loosening;③at different stages during healing process of fracture,correctly instructing patients to exercise and take advantages of 3D printing external fixation in controlling stress environment; ④strengthening discharge guidance and follow-up work.The average length of stay in hospital of 3 patients was 12 days.The average period of wearing external fixator was 22.7 weeks. All patients obtained fracture healing without infection and pin loosening.
