应用企业管理理念实施早产儿出院后管理的成效分析

The effect of post-discharge management on premature infants with enterprise management concept

目的探讨应用企业管理理念实施早产儿出院后管理对早产儿智能发育和气质的影响。方法采取随机对照的方法,将110例早产儿分为实验组和对照组,各55例。实验组采用企业管理理念实施早产儿出院后管理,对照组接受常规保健模式。共96例早产儿完成了研究。比较两组早产儿4月龄、6月龄和12月龄神经心理发育检查得分和2月龄小婴儿气质问卷、12月龄幼儿气质评估表得分情况。结果实验组早产儿除4月龄精细动作和适应性能区发育商与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余各能区发育商及总发育商均高于对照组(P<0.05);2月龄实验组和对照组早产儿气质类型差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);12月龄实验组早产儿E组例数多于对照组早产儿(P<0.05)。结论应用企业管理理念实施早产儿出院后管理可有效促进早产儿的智能发育和气质培养。

Objective To investigate the effect of post-discharge management with APQP enterprise management concept on the intelligent development and temperament of premature infants. Methods A total of 110 premature infants were recruited and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The control group received routine health care model,and the experimental group received post-discharge management of premature infant with enterprise management concept. The neuropsychological development examination scores of two groups at the ages of 4,6 and 12 months and EITQ（Early Infancy Temperament Questionnaire） scores at 2 months of age and TIS （Toddler Temperament Scale） scores at 12 months of age were compared. Results For the experimental group,the development quotients in fine movements and adaptability area at the age of 4 months had no significant differences compared with the control group（P〉O.05）,while the developmental quotients of other areas and total devel- opmental quotient were higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. The temperament types between the two groups at 2 months of age had no significant differences（P〉0.05）. The experimental group had more premature infants with temperament type of merged E than the control group （P〈O.05 ）. Conclusion Post-discharge management with enterprise management concept can effectively promote the intelligent development and temperament cultivation of premature infants
