摘要 目的通过研发基于移动护理和责任包干的多维度绩效考核系统,探讨合理有效、充分调动护士积极性的二次绩效考核和分配方案。方法通过与工程师共同研发,建立基于工作量、工作质量、患者满意度和工作要求的多维度绩效考核系统。护士长每天分配患者、进行护理质量考核和满意度调查等,系统根据数据自动生成护士月护理绩效考核分值,并与其近期和远期的利益挂钩。结果本系统数据来源客观,减少统计时间,提高工作效率,使工作量大、责任重、护理质量好、满意度高的护士工作价值得到体现,引导护士注重平时业绩,真正实现多劳多得和优绩优酬。结论基于移动护理和责任包干的多维度绩效考核系统,调动了护士积极性、规范了岗位管理、稳定了护理队伍。 Objective To design multidimensional nurse performance appraisal system based on mobile nursing information system and responsibility holistie nursing mocle in order to explore an reasonable and effective plan of second performance appraisal and allocation to fully mobilize nurses' work enthusiasm. Methods The multidimen- sional nurse performance appraisal system was developed by nurses and engineers based on the quantity,quality, patient's satisfaction and job requirements. The number of responsible beds of each nurse,results of quality assess- ment,patient's satisfaction,etc.,were input daily by the bead nurse. Then,the system automatically generated the monthly score of performance appraisal for each nurse,which was linked to the nurse's recent and long-term inter- ests. Results Data of the system were objective. It was able to save time for statistics and improve efficiency, which reflected the value of nursing position with heavy workload and responsibility,high nursing quality and pa- tient's satisfaction; it was also able to lead the nurse to pay more attention to the daily performance and embrace the principle of more pay for more work and for excellent work. Conclusion The multidimensional nurse perfor- mance appraisal system based on mobile nursing information system and responsibility holistic nursing mode was able to mobilize nurses' work enthusiasm,standardize post management and stabilize nurse team.
