中文版出院指导质量量表的信效度测评

Reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the Quality of Discharge Teaching Scale

目的翻译出院指导质量量表（QualityOfDischargeTeachingScale，QDTS），并检验中文版量表的信效度。方法经过翻译，回译和文化调适，确定中文版量表的条目后，对武汉市167例出院患者进行问卷调查，评定该工具的信效度。结果中文版量表保留24个条目，因子分析共提取3个公因子，累计贡献率达65．38％。整个量表的内容效度指数（CVI）为0．98；Cronbach’s α系数为0．924，各维度的Cronbach’s α系数在0．882～0．935；Guttman折半系数为0．847。结论中文版的出院指导质量量表具有较好的信、效度，适合中国文化背景下对出院指导质量的评价和测量。

Objective To test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the Quality of Discharge Teaching Scale （QDTS）. Methods After obtaining authorization from the developer,the QDTS was translated and culturally adapted into Chinese version and then the reliability and validity of the Chinese version were tested in 167 patients. Results The Chinese version of QDTS consisted of 24 items. Factor analysis got 3 factors,which could explain 65.38% of the total variance. The content validity index was 0.98. The Cronbach＇s α coefficients of the total scale and 3 factors were 0.924,and 0.882-0.935; the Guttman-split half reliability was 0.847. Conclusion The Chinese version of QDTS is reliable and valid ,and may be used for assessment and measurement of the quality of discharge teaching in Chinese settings.
