摘要 针对传统的矩形容器设计方法存在的局限性以及设计过于保守的弊端,提出了利用ANSYS分析软件对矩形截面容器结构进行强度分析和疲劳分析,并得到了该矩形容器结构应力分布规律,最大应力发生在筒体的倒圆角处且最大应力强度值为279.409 MPa。在满足强度和抗疲劳性能的要求下,以矩形容器结构的质量最轻为目标函数,利用ANSYS优化模块对矩形容器结构进行优化分析,使得优化后质量降低18.86%,有效的降低了制造生产成本,提高企业经济效益。 The traditional rectangular vessel design method has its own limitation and is too conservative. To solve the problem,this paper applied the ANSYS analysis software to deal with intensity stress and fatigue analysis of the rectangular vessel structure,and the overall stress distribution was retained. The maximum stress was occurred in the fillet of the cylinder and the stress intensity value was 279. 409 MPa. Under the condition of meeting the requirements of strength and fatigue resistance,taking the overall minimum weight of the rectangular vessel structure as objective function,applying ANSYS optimization module to optimize analysis of rectangular vesselmade the general weight of rectangular vessel structure decrease by 18. 86% and further effectively reduced manufacturing cost and improved the economic benefit of enterprises after optimization.
