摘要
研究不同取代度羧甲基决明子胶(CM-CTG)浆液的流变性、保水性、抗盐性、耐酸碱稳定性,以及与印花助剂的兼容性和储存稳定性。结果表明,随着CM-CTG取代度的增加,浆液的PVI值逐渐升高,结构黏度降低,抗剪切变稀能力提高,保水性呈现先降低后升高的趋势,浆液的抗盐、抗Ca^(2+)、储存稳定性和耐酸碱性能显著提高。高取代度的CM-CTG与印花助剂(尿素或碳酸钠)兼容性较佳。取代度>1.0的CM-CTG能作为活性染料印花增稠剂使用。
The rheological property, water retention, and resistance to salt, acid and alkali of carboxymethyl cassia tora gum (CM-CTG) with different degree of substitution (DS) are studied. The compatibility of carboxymethyl cassia tora gum with printing auxiliaries and storage stability are also studied. The results show that, with the increase in DS, the PVI, resistance to shear-thinning, salt and Ca^2+, storage stability, and resistance to acid and alkali of glue size increase, the structure viscosity decreases, and the water retention decreases firstly and then increases. CM-CTG with high DS has excellent compatibility with printing auxiliaries (urea or sodium carbonate). Carboxymethyl cassia tora gums (DS〉 1.0) can be used as the thickening agent for reactive dye printing.
