摘要
以小试装置和示范工程为平台,历时15个月考察了温度对无动力混合厌氧反应器污水处理效果的影响。结果表明,小试HRT为81 h,进水COD为300 mg/L,年内水温变化范围为2-30℃,COD去除率为30%-71%;示范工程HRT约为2 d,夏季进水温度24℃时,COD去除率约70%;冬季进水水温降至10℃时,去除率降至约50%。示范工程雨季进、出水水质出现波动,COD去除率由63%降至40%,之后迅速恢复,抗冲击负荷能力强。温度对反应器COD处理效果的影响主要通过影响厌氧细菌的活性和系统的传质起作用。由于反应器内为单一厌氧反应过程,因此氨氮和磷的去除率不高,甚至出现负值。
Taken test device and demonstration project as the platform, the influence of temperature was investigated on the sewage treatment by the unpowered hybrid anaerobic reactor in 15 months. The result showed that when small trial HRT was 81 h, inflow COD was 300 mg/L, and the variation range of water temperature within the year was 2-30 ℃, COD removal rate was 30%-71%. When HRT of demonstration projects was about 2 d, and the inlet water temperature was 24 ℃ in summer, COD removal rate was about 70%. When winter water temperature dropped to 10 ℃, the removal rate dropped to about 50%. Inlet and outlet water quality of the demonstrative project fluctuated in the rainy season, COD removal rate decreased from 63%to 40%, and then recovered rapidly, and the capability of shock load resistance was strong. The influence of temperature on the reactor COD treatment effect worked by affecting the activity of anaerobic bacteria and mass transfer of the system. Due to the single anaerobic reaction process in the reactor,ammonia nitrogen and phosphorus removal rate was not high, even negative.
