建国之前党的第一代领导人对群众路线与群团工作的论述

The Discussion of Leaders of the Party's First Generation about Mass Line and the Work of Mass Organizations before the Founding of the People's Republic of China

群众路线和群众团体是中国共产党执政的基础。对于群众团体及党和群团组织的关系,党的第一代领导人有很多深刻的论述,这些论述是形成当前党的群团工作的思想理论基础。本文从历史的角度梳理了1949年之前党的第一代领导人在群团工作的地位、工作原则和与党的关系等三个方面的论述,以便更深入地理解当前党的群团工作路线。

The mass line and work of mass organizations is the ruling base of the Communist Party of China （CPC）. The discussion on organizations mass and their relationship proposed by the leaders of the CPC＇ s first gen- eration is very incisive and penetrating, which is the ideological and theoretical basis of our Party＇s current mass organizations work. In order to further understand the current mass line in Party work, this paper discusses these opinions of the leaders of Party＇ s first generation before 1949, in aspects such as the status of the mass organizations work, working principle and their relationship with the Party.
