摘要
采用含有纳米Ti C颗粒4041铝基焊料,对车用6063铝合金进行TIG焊,利用光学显微镜、SEM、硬度计和万能拉伸实验机对接头性能进行了研究。结果表明,焊料中的纳米Ti C颗粒可以显著降低焊缝处的晶粒大小;接头抗拉强度随焊料中Ti C含量的增加而增加,当Ti C含量为5 wt%时接头强度达到310 MPa,断口为塑性断裂形貌。
The effect of Ti C nanoparticles in 4041 Al-based filler on the microstructure and mechanical properties of TIG welded 6063 Al alloy joint was investigated by using optical microscopy, scanning microscopy observation, micro-hardness and tensile tests. The results show that the addition of Ti C nanoparticles can effectively refine the grain size in the welded seam. The tensile strength of the joint increases with increasing amount of Ti C particles and tensile strength of 310 MPa is obtained with 5wt.% Ti C added in the filler. Fracture surface shows ductile rupture.
