摘要
石墨形态及分布对灰铸铁性能会产生重要的影响。本文采用自制区域熔炼装置实现灰铸铁中石墨的定向生长,系统研究了不同冷却介质、冷却方式以及加热时间等对灰铸铁中石墨生长及铸铁性能的影响。结果表明,在冷却介质为液氮、加热电流为617 A、冷却方式为边重熔边液氮冷却、加热时间为35~40 s的试验条件下,HT250中的石墨定向生长效果最优,并且硬度为铸态的两倍。
The morphology and distribution of graphite take great effects on the properties of gray cast iron. Home-made zone melting apparatus was used to realize the directional growth of graphite in gray cast iron. The effects of cooling medium,cooling methods and heating time on the directional growth of graphite in gray cast iron and its property were investigated.The results show that the directional growth of graphite in HT250 is the best,and the hardness is twice of that of the as-casted one under conditions of the cooling medium of liquid nitrogen, the heating current of 617 A, the heating time of 35 s to 40 s and the cooling methods of re-melting mixing with cooling.
