摘要
将TiB2/A356复合材料的热物性参数导入ProCAST的数据库中对其热物性参数进行二次开发,计算出导热系数、密度、黏度和热焓等热物性参数,并模拟机器人关节零件熔模铸造过程,分析模拟缺陷,最终通过提高浇注温度和速度的方式使复合材料熔体流动性增大,获得理想铸件。
The thermal physical parameters of TiBJA356 composite were imported to the ProCAST database for secondary development of its thermal physical parameters, and then the thermal physical parameters such as the thermal conductivity coefficient, density, viscosity and thermal enthalpy were calculated. Robot joint parts investment casting process was simulated, and simulated defects were also analysed. The composite melt flowability was increased ultimately by increasing the casting temperature and speed,and the desired castings were obtained.
