摘要
根据光谱用合金钢标准物质铸锭研制要求,从原材料选用、加入方式、熔炼工艺制定角度出发,准确控制了该套标准物质铸锭化学成分,提高了铸锭的均匀性。通过对铸锭进行均匀性初检,制备出的铸锭可以用于制备标准物质。
According to the request of alloy steel reference material ingot for spectroscopic analysis, chemical composition of a set of standard material ingot were accurately controlled from raw materials selection, adding method and melting process, and the ingot uniformity improved. The results of ingot homogeneity test show that the ingot can be used to prepare reference materials.
