基于MATLABGUI的冒口三次方程法设计

Cubic Equation Method Design of Riser Based on MATLAB GUI

针对三次方程法设计冒口计算效率低、差错率大、一线铸造工艺员不易掌握的问题,提出了开发三次方程法设计冒口的图形用户界面(GUI)。通过在MATLAB上编制冒口设计程序,开发出了能独立运行的GUI。经算例验证,达到了提高效率、减少错误率的目的。铸造工艺员易于掌握,有利于节约资源、降低成本。

Aiming at low efficiency, large error rate, difficulty to grasp cubic equation method designed riser,development of cubic equation method riser design graphical user interface（GUI） was put forward. Through the preparation of riser design program on MATLAB, a GUI that could be run independently was developed. By numerical example, the GUI attained purpose of improving efficiency and reducing error rate. Casting craft was easy to be grasped, which helped to save resources and reduce costs.
