摘要
使用Pro/E软件建立了曲轴圆角滚压的模型,运用数据共享将模型导入Workbench中。利用Workbench中的静力学分析模块和优化设计模块,对滚压工艺参数中的滚子直径和滚压力进行了多目标优化。分析了滚压时滚子直径和滚压力的变化对曲轴圆角处最大等效应力的影响。提出了由滚压时的最大等效应力反求滚子直径和滚压力最优解的方法。这能为滚子直径和滚压力的选择提供指导。
The model of crankshaft fillet rolling was established by using Pro/E software. The model was imported into Workbench software with the data sharing. The multi-objective optimization of roller diameter and rolling force in rolling process was carried out by using the statics analysis module and optimization design module in Workbench. The effects of roller diameter and rolling force on the maximum equivalent stress of the crankshaft fillet were analyzed. The optimal solution method of roller diameter and rolling force solved by maximum equivalent stress in rolling process was presented. And it can provide guidance for the choice of roller diameter and rolling force.
