不同补焊熔深对Q345C退火锻件力学性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 对不同补焊熔深的Q345C退火锻件焊修接头进行了拉伸、弯曲和低温冲击试验。结果表明,在不同的补焊熔深条件下,与Q345C退火锻件母材相比,随着补焊熔深的增加,补焊接头的屈服强度、抗拉强度和断后伸长率相应地有所降低,但仍符合标准规定的要求。所有补焊接头的弯曲试样经过180°弯曲后均未出现裂纹。Q345C退火锻件原始母材和补焊接头在-40~0℃范围内均具有较好的冲击韧性,其中补焊接头焊缝金属的低温冲击韧性高于补焊接头的热影响区。 The tensile, bending and low-temperature impact tests were conducted on the repair welded joints of Q345 C annealed forgings for different fusion penetrations. The results indicate that, under the conditions of different repair welding penetrations, compared with the base metal of Q345 C annealing forgings, with the increase of repair welding penetration, the yield strength, tensile strength and elongation of repair welded joints decline accordingly, but still fulfil the requirements of the standard regulation. No cracking occurs for all the bending specimens of repair welded joints after the bending of 180°. The original matrix and the repair welded joints of Q345 C annealed forgings in the temperature range of-40℃-0℃ possess good impact toughness, in which the impact toughness of weld metal at low temperature is higher than that of the heat affected zone of repair welded joints.
