吡美莫司乳膏治疗儿童特异性皮炎疗效和安全性的Meta分析

Efficacy and safety of pimecrolimus cream for treatment of children with atopic dermatitis: a Meta-analysis

目的评价吡美莫司乳膏治疗儿童特异性皮炎的疗效和安全性。方法计算机检索Pub Med、EMBASE、Web of Science、Cochrane图书馆中有关吡美莫司乳膏治疗儿童特异性皮炎的随机对照临床试验,对筛选出的文献进行质量评价,用Rev Man 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入10篇文献,共4 251例患者。Meta分析结果显示,美莫司乳膏治疗组的研究者总体评估评分、皮肤瘙痒程度及耀斑发生率均低于或轻于对照组(P<0.05),两组药物相关不良事件发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论吡美莫司乳膏治疗儿童特异性皮炎具有良好疗效及安全性。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of pimecrolimus cream for the treatment of children with atopic dermatitis.Methods The databases of computer retrieve included Pub Med,EMBASE,Web of Science and Cochrane Library. And the randomized controlled clinical trials about pimecrolimus cream for treating children with atopic dermatitis were collected. Then the quality evaluation was performed in the studies screened. A Meta-analysis was conducted using Rev Man 5. 3 software. Results Ten studies were enrolled,which consisted of 4 251 patients. The results of Meta-analysis showed that the score of investigators＇ global assessment,the severity of skin itch and the incidence of flare in the pimecrolimus cream group were lower or milder than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of drug-related adverse events between two groups（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Pimecrolimus cream obtains a good efficacy and safety for treating children with atopic dermatitis.
