Nephrin的特征及其与糖尿病的关系

摘要 Nephrin是第一个被证实的肾小球裂孔隔膜上的跨膜蛋白,在维持肾小球滤过屏障完整性及其正常功能中起关键作用。近期发现胰岛细胞中也存在Nephrin和CD2相关蛋白等足细胞裂孔隔膜的关键蛋白的表达。由于胰岛的血管网类似于肾小球,因此进一步研究Nephrin的结构、功能及其与糖尿病的关系,有助于更好地了解糖尿病及其并发症的发生机制。
