摘要
机械连接因其可靠性以及连接工艺上的优势,受到学者和工程界的高度重视。当前国内外学者对机械连接的研究主要是进行数值模拟与试验研究。接头的承载强度、失效形式以及疲劳性能是衡量接头性能的主要指标。接头形式、铺层角度、几何尺寸、钉孔间隙、预紧力等是影响接头性能的主要因素。在实际工程应用中,这些研究对于提高复材机械连接性能有着重要意义。
As Aerospace composites are used more and more widely, scholars and engineering field pay great attention to composite material mechanical connection for its advantages in reliability and connection process. The current domestic and foreign studies on the mechanical connection are mainly experimental and numerical simulation. Bearing strength, failure modes, and fatigue of the joint are major indicators of the performance of joint. Connection type, ply angles, geometry, screw hole clearance, preload, etc. are the main factors affecting the joint. These studies are of great significance for improvement of the properties of composite mechanical connectors.
