Construction of Science and Technology Innovation Service Supply Chain System——The Empirical Analysis Based on Fengshun County in Guangdong

当下科技创新作用日益增强,科技创新与服务供应方式的选择成为提高产业集聚力和竞争力的重要因素。依托丰顺县现有生产力平台,深入研究丰顺县五大省级专业镇的关键外部环境、内部资源等内容,运用PDCA法、环境分析方法、SWOT分析法和定量战略计划矩阵评价分析方法进行分析,提出对现有状况升级改造的科技创新服务供应链体系;同时采用战略联盟方式,综合运用组织行为基本理论进一步探讨构建丰顺县科技创新服务供应链体系的可行性与动力机制。

The effect of science and technology innovation is increasingly enhanced,thus science and technology innovation and the mode selection of service supply has become an important factor to improve the industrial concentration and competitiveness. Relying on the existing productivity platform of Fengshun County,this paper researches external？ environment,internal resources of five provincial professional towns via the PDCA analysis,environmental analysis,SWOT analysis,and QSPM matrix analysis,and proposes the science and technology innovation service supply chain system of upgrading the existing situation. Meanwhile it uses the strategic alliance mode and the theory of organizational behavior to further explore the feasibility and dynamic mechanism of Fengshun science and technology innovation service supply chain system.
