Improved process for preparation of benzonitrile from benzyl chloride

摘要 研究了一锅法苄氯经氨化和碘氧化制备苯甲腈工艺的绿色化改进。实施了三氧化钼催化双氧水氧化碘离子以实现碘的循环使用而完善了后处理;在高压反应釜中优化工艺条件,提高苯甲腈产率到82%以上,碘的回收率都在98%以上,实现了碘的循环使用。该改进工艺反应条件温和、产率高和低成本以及环境友好,具有工业应用价值。 The improved process for preparation of benzonitrile by the ammonification and the iodine oxidation of benzyl chloride in one-pot method based on greening was studied.The iodine recycling was performed by the oxidation of iodine ion catalyed by molybdenum oxide with hydrogen peroxide,and the yield of benzonitrile was increased to more than 82%in the optimized conditions in an autoclave,the iodine recovery was in more than 98%,which realized the recycling of iodine. The improved process featured a mild reaction condition,higher productivity,low cost and environmental friendliness for potential industrial application.
