摘要
在无催化剂,乙醇作溶剂,50℃下微波辐射5~20 min,6-取代-4-氯-3-醛基香豆素和取代苯胺可高效转化为香豆素并[4,3-b]喹啉-6-酮衍生物。该法具有无催化剂、反应时间短、产率高(49~98%)以及操作简单等优点,产物结构经熔点、红外光谱、核磁共振谱等予以确认。
A convenient and catalyst free synthesis of chromeno[4,3-b]quinolin-6-ones had been developed via the one-pot reaction of substituted 4-chloro-3-formylcoumarins with various aromatic amines in the microwave irradiation at 50 ℃. The protocol offered the advantages of catalyst free,short reaction time( 5 ~ 20 min),high yields( 49 ~ 98%) and simple operation.All of above compounds had been identified by m.p.,IR,NMR.
