摘要 雷替曲塞被广泛用于治疗晚期结肠、直肠癌。按不同的起始原料对抗癌药物雷替曲塞的合成方法进行了总结。 Raltitrexed was widely used in treatment of advanced colorectal cancer. Based on the different starting materials,the review summarized the preparation of Raltitrexed.
