摘要
采用高速离心法精制的鱿鱼墨黑色素与Cu^(2+)作用,探究p H、温度、时间、黑色素添加量、Cu^(2+)浓度及盐度等因素对鱿鱼墨黑色素吸附Cu^(2+)的影响。结果表明:当p H为4,温度为60℃,吸附时间为10h,黑色素添加量为0.025g,Cu^(2+)浓度为8 mmol·L-1时,鱿鱼墨黑色素对Cu^(2+)的吸附量最大,达到70%。不同浓度的氯化钠和氯化镁对黑色素吸附Cu^(2+)的影响较小,氯化铁对黑色素吸附Cu^(2+)的影响很大,随着氯化铁浓度的增大,吸附量急剧减小。
Let squid melanin prepared by high- speed centrifugation to absorb Cu^(2+),and research active influence of p H,temperature,time,the amount of squid melanin,Cu^(2+) concentration,salinity and other factors on squid melanin absorption of Cu^(2+). The results showed:when the p H is 4,the temperature is 60℃,melanin dosage is 0.025 g,adsorption time is 10 h,Cu^(2+)concentration 8 mmol·L- 1,absorption rateof squid melanin to Cu^(2+) isbiggest,about to70%. Different concentrationsof sodium chloride and magnesium chloride results less influences on melanin complexing Cu^(2+),ferric chloride cause great influence on melanin complexing Cu^(2+).
