摘要
在Hummer法制备氧化石墨的基础上,改用重铬酸钾溶液作强氧化剂,并加入浓硫酸以辅助氧化。首先考查了石墨用量、反应时间、重铬酸钾溶液浓度、浓硫酸加入量及反应温度等工艺因素对石墨氧化程度的影响,从而总结出最佳的原料配比和工艺条件:0.1250mol/L重铬酸钾溶液,0.3g石墨,18m L浓硫酸,在80℃水浴加热条件下振荡4h,并在该条件下合成出氧化石墨。
In this paper,graphite oxide was prepared on the basis of Hummers method. Used potassium dichromate solution to be doughty oxidation which is easy to titration analysis,adding concentrated sulfuric acid to assisting oxidation. Firstly,the influences,which related to the oxidation degree of the graphite,such as the content of the graphite,the reaction time,the concentration of potassium dichromate solution,the amount of concentrated sulfuric acid and the reaction temperature were investigated systematically. The raw material ratio and technological conditions for preparing graphite oxide with higher oxidation degree are 0.1250mol/L potassium dichromate solution,0.3g of graphite,18 m L concentrated sulfuric acid,water- bath heating at 80℃ oscillating 4h. Then synthesized graphite oxide by using those conditions.
