中药与电针治疗少弱精症160例的临床观察

Chinese Medicine and Electric Acupuncture in the Treatment of Azoospermia for 160 Cases

目的观察中药加电针治疗少弱精症的疗效。方法按照就诊先后随机分为中药组、电针组和针药组三组。中药组、电针组为对照组,针药组为治疗组。结果有效率治疗组86.25%,对照组56.5%,两组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论中药加电针治疗少弱精症,取得较好的疗效。

Objective To observe the curative effect of electric acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine in the treatment of azoospermia.Methods Patients were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group,electric acupuncture group and acupuncture medicine group in chronological order. Chinese medicine group and electric acupuncture group as the control group,and the acupuncture medicine was the treatment group. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 86. 25%,the effective rate of the control group was 56. 5%,and there was significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Electric acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine in the treatment of azoospermia achieved good results.
