中医中药治疗冠心病并血脂异常的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease with Abnormal Blood Lipid

目的观察瓜蒌薤白半夏汤合丹参饮加味治疗冠心病合并血脂异常的临床疗效。方法将72例冠心病合并血脂异常患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各36例。对照组采用常规药物进行治疗,观察组加用瓜蒌薤白半夏汤合丹参饮加味。结果瓜蒌薤白半夏汤合丹参饮加味可以明显改善冠心病患者的心绞痛症状,有效降低总胆固醇、甘油三酯。结论在常规药物治疗基础上,运用瓜蒌薤白半夏汤合丹参饮加味治疗冠心病合并血脂异常的疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of modified Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction and Danshen drink in the treatment of coronary heart disease with abnormal blood lipid. Methods 72 cases were randomly divided into observation group（ 36 cases） and control group（ 36 cases）. The control group was treated by Western medicine of common practice. The treatment group was treated by Western medicine,Danshenyin and Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction. Results Danshenyin and Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction could improve stenocardia symptom of coronary artery disease,and they can cut down the cholesterol total and triglyceride utility. Conclusion Based on routine WM treatment,Danshenyin and Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction can improve clinical symptom of coronary heart disease with abnormal blood lipid,and has significant effect.
