麻子仁丸联合针刺治疗便秘31例

Maziren Pill combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Constipation for 31 Cases

目的观察麻子仁丸联合针刺治疗便秘的临床疗效,并探讨其治疗的作用机制。方法将确诊的62例便秘患者按照随机数字表法根据先后顺序按照1∶1的比例分为治疗组31例和对照组31例,治疗组运用麻子仁丸联合针刺治疗,对照组运用乳果糖口服液治疗,两组患者治疗的疗程均为10天,然后观察两组患者临床疗效和治疗前后症状积分的比较,并做出疗效评价。结果与治疗组相比,针刺联合麻子仁丸的临床疗效总有效率为87.10%明显优于对照组的67.74%,两者相差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合麻子仁丸治疗便秘疗效确切,可以明显的改善患者的症状,生活质量明显提高,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Maziren pill combined with acupuncture in the treatment of constipation,and to explore the mechanism of action of the treatment. Methods 62 patients with constipation,in accordance with the random number table method and the proportion of 1∶ 1,according to the order,were divided into treatment group of 31 cases and control group of 31 cases. The treatment group used Maziren pill combined with acupuncture therapy. The control group used lactulose oral liquid treatment. The course of treatment was 10 days. The clinical efficacy and symptom score before and after treatment were compared,and curative effect evaluation was carried out. Results The clinical curative effective rate of acupuncture combined Maziren pill was 87. 10% which was obviously better than67. 74% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Maziren pill combined with acupuncture in the treatment of constipation had curative effect,can significantly improve the patient ＇s symptoms,quality of life was obviously improved,and is worthy of popularization and application.
