自拟平喘汤加减联合西药治疗小儿哮喘研究

Research on Self-made Modified Pinghchuan Decoction combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Pediatric Asthma

目的分析自拟平喘汤与西药治疗小儿哮喘的临床效果。方法选择本校附属中医院2014年2月—2015年2月的哮喘患儿92例。随机分成治疗组、对照组,各46例,治疗组采用自拟平喘汤与西药联合的方式,对照组采用传统氨茶碱治疗方式。结果对照组患儿有效率为76.08%,治疗组为97.82%。经过对比发现,治疗组的有效率明显高于对照组。P<0.01,差异具有显著性。结论自拟平喘汤联合西药治疗小儿哮喘的效果好、显效快、可迅速改善患儿的疾病症状及体征,还能改善患儿生活质量,减轻其家庭负担,值得深入研究。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of self-made Pingchuan decoction and Western medicine in the treatment of pediatric asthma. Methods 92 cases of asthma patients from February 2015 to February 2014 in Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of our College were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 46 cases in each. The treatment group used self-made Pingchuan decoction and Western medicine. The control group used traditional aminophylline treatment. Results The effective rate of the control group was 76. 08%,the effective rate of the treatment group was 97. 82%,after comparison,the effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group. P〈0. 01,and the difference was significant. Conclusion The self-made Pingchuan decoction combined with Western medicine in treatment of pediatric asthma has good effect and fast effect,can rapidly improve the symptoms and signs of disease,improve the quality of life of children,reduce the burden on their families,and is worthy of further study.
