中西医治疗脑卒中后抑郁患者的护理干预

Nurse Care Intervention on Therapy of Integrated Medicine in the Treatment of Post-stroke Depression

目的探讨中西医治疗脑卒中后抑郁患者的护理干预。方法对本组106例患者,采用中西医的治疗方法(即针灸、口服西药、物理治疗)和护理干预。结果本组106例患者,经中西医方法治疗和护理干预后,总有效率为96.23%。结论中西医治疗脑卒中后抑郁患者,充分体现了各自的优点,互为良性循环,疗效正向叠加,对于脑卒中后抑郁患者的全面恢复亦诸多裨益。而护理干预措施,基本满足了住院病人的护理需求,使病人的身体和精神痛苦都减小到了最低程度,对病人的康复起到了良好的促进作用。

Objective To investigate nurse care intervention on therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of post-stroke depression.Methods 106 cases were treated with therapy of integrated medicine（ i. e. acupuncture,oral medicine,physical therapy） and nursing intervention. Results After therapy of integrated medicine and nursing care interventions,the total effective rate was 96. 23%. Conclusion The therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of post-stroke depression has a good positive effect. The nurse care interventions meet the basic needs of inpatient,releases the physical and mental suffering of patients,and plays a good role in promoting patient＇s recovery.
