探讨中药制剂不良反应的发生情况及特点

Exploration on the Occurrence and Characteristics of Adverse Reaction of Chinese Medicine Preparation

目的探究中药制剂不良反应的发生情况及特点。方法选取2011年4月—2015年4月某院行中药制剂治疗发生不良反应的310例患者为研究资料,回顾性分析发生不良反应患者的性别、年龄、制剂类型、不良反应类型以及临床表现。结果中药制剂治疗发生不良反应呈逐年递增的趋势;女性患者(70.65%)出现不良反应所占比例高于男性患者(29.35%);61岁以上的患者不良反应发生率(40%)高于其他年龄段;注射剂型发生不良反应率(63.55%)高于其他制剂类型;最为常见的不良反应类型是皮肤及黏膜(42.58%)。各组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床用药中要对患者进行实时监测,从而避免不良反应的发生,提高中药制剂的用药安全性。

Objective To explore the occurrence and characteristics of adverse reaction of Chinese medicine preparation. Methods Selecting research data of 310 patients had adverse reactions induced by Chinese medicine preparation between April 2011 and April 2015 in a hospital,and the gender,age,type of preparation,the types of adverse reactions and clinical manifestation were retrospectively analyzed.Results Adverse reactions induced by Chinese medicine preparation showed a trend of increasing year by year. The proportion of adverse reactions（ 70. 65%） in female patients was higher than that in male patients（ 29. 35%）. The incidence of adverse reactions in patients over61 years of age（ 40%） was higher than that of other age groups. The incidence of adverse reactions of injection（ 63. 55%） was higher than that of other preparations. The most common types of adverse reactions were skin and mucous membranes（ 42. 58%）. Differences between groups were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Real-time monitoring of patients in clinical medication can prevent the occurrence of adverse reactions,and improve medication safety of Chinese medicine preparations.
