中医药治疗功能性消化不良的治疗进展

The Research Progress on Therapy of TCM in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia

目的探讨中医药治疗功能性消化的研究进展。方法通过对近5年来的相关文献的阅读整理,对功能性消化不良中医的病因病机、分型、中医治疗等方面进行综述。结果中医药治疗FD方面取得了明显的疗效。结论中医治疗通过辨证论治治疗FD有着明显的疗效和优势;但中医FD辨证的客观化、标准化及疗效评定的标准尚待研究。

Objective To discuss the research progress on therapy of TCM in the treatment of functional dyspepsia（ FD）. Methods Through recent 5 years of literature study,etiology,pathogenesis,classification and treatment by traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） were summarized. Results Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of FD has achieved obvious curative effect. Conclusion Therapy of TCM in the treatment of FD has significant effect and advantage by virtue of syndrome differentiation. But further researches are still needed for objectification,standardization and efficacy assessment criteria regarding FD syndrome differentiation by TCM.
