摘要 研究茶多酚对运动能力影响的目的在于了解茶多酚的特点及其影响运动能力的各个方面,找到运用茶多酚提升运动能力的举措。本文介绍了茶多酚的特点,分析了影响人体运动能力的因素,茶多酚对运动能力的影响;提出使用茶多酚提高运动能力的措施如下:坚持合理、科学的使用原则;坚持长期原则。
