公众环境危机感知、互联网使用与政府信任——基于CGSS2010数据的分析

Public Perception of Environmental Crisis,Use of Internet and Trust towards Government:Empirical Study Based on CGSS2010 Data

近年来,严重的环境问题逐渐影响到人类社会的可持续发展。公众对优良环境的期待日益增强,对政府加大环境治理的呼声日益强烈。基于2010年中国综合调查数据,分析了公众环境危机感知、互联网使用和政府信任之间的关系。研究结果发现:公众环境危机感知越严重、互联网使用越频繁,对中央政府的信任程度越低;公众环境感知越严重,对地方政府的信任程度越低,而互联网使用并不影响其对地方政府的信任。政府应该推进环境综合治理,加强环境信息披露透明度,积极主动回应公众关切的环境问题,从而促进政府公信力的提升。

Recently,serious environmental problems have greatly affected the sustainable development of human society.Public expectations for the fine environment are growing,and the calls for environmental governance are increasingly strong.Based on the CGSS2010 data,the relationship among public perception of environmental crisis,use of Internet and trust towards the government is analyzed.The results show that the more serious the public perception of environmental crisis,the more frequent the Internet use,the lower the trust to the central government;the more serious the public perception of environmental crisis,the lower the trust to the local government,but the use of internet does not affect its trust in the local government.The government should promote environmental comprehensive management,strengthen the transparency of environmental information disclosure,and actively respond to environmental issues of public concerns,thereby promoting the improvement of government credibility.
