摘要
对近年来有关精神障碍患者心理推理能力(有译"心理理论")的研究进行了回顾。总体看,精神障碍患者的心理推理能力存在特质性损伤和状态性损伤,特质性损伤可能在症状出现之前就存在;个体的认知功能和心理推理能力有相似性但彼此独立发展,某些认知功能的综合发展可以补偿部分的心理推理能力;心理推理能力与社会适应之间并非绝对的正相关关系。未来的研究可进一步探讨心理推理能力的脑区活动特点、补偿机制及提高其社会功能的作用机制。
In this paper,we collect and analysis the theory of mind of patients with mental disorders. The theory of mind of patients with common mental disorders are presented both trait injuries and state injuries,and the trait injuries are probably arose before symptoms appeared. Cognitive functions and theory of mind are similar but they are actually developed along different paths. If the abilities of cognitive were comprehensively developed, it may partially compensate one ＇ s injured theory of mind. Finally, there is no absolute positive correlation between theory of mind and social functions. To sum up,later researches can explore the characteristics of brain activity during the implement of theory of mind,the compensation mechanism of theory of mind and the mechanism of theory of mind do to improve the social functions.
