摘要
目的了解珠海市医务人员身心健康状况及影响因素。方法 2 121名珠海市医务人员用疲劳量表FS-14、症状自评量表SCL-90进行身心状况调查。结果 2 042名(96.3%)有自感疲劳症状。心理健康自评总均分及9个因子(躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执和精神病性)得分均高于全国常模总体水平(P<0.01)。多因素回归分析发现医院等级、工作环境、社会及医疗环境、医务人员用餐情况、离职想法等是影响医务人员身心健康的主要因素(P<0.01)。结论该地区医务人员身心健康状况不容乐观,政府、卫生管理机构、医院和医务人员自身都要采取积极措施改善医务人员身心健康水平。
Objective To investigate the physical and mental health status and influencing factors in Zhuhai medical workers. Methods The physical and mental health status of 2 121 medical workers was surveyed using Fatigue Scale(FS)-14 and Symptom Checklist(SCL)-90 in Zhuhai city. Results The self-report fatigue occurred in 2042(96.3%) responders. The overall scores of psychological health and average scores of 9 factors(somatization, obsession, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, phobia, paranoid, and psychotism) in this survey were significantly higher than those of the national norm(P〈0.01). Multivariate regression analysis showed that the hospital grade, working environment, social and medical environment, dining condition, and dimission tendency were the major factors for the physical and mental health in medical staff(P〈0.01). Conclusion The physical and mental health status of the medical staff is unoptimistic in our district. The government, health management organizations, hospitals, and medical workers should adopt active measures to improve the physical and mental health.
