摘要
介绍了Zn_xCd_(1-x)S固溶体光催化材料的优点;综述了Zn_xCd_(1-x)S光催化材料较常用的合成方法;对Zn_xCd_(1-x)S光催化材料在光分解水产氢及光降解污染物等方面性能的研究进展进行了详细的介绍,主要包括以下几个方面:Zn_xCd_(1-x)S自身不同组分、金属离子掺杂、半导体材料复合、碳材料复合。最后对Zn_xCd_(1-x)S光催化材料的发展方向提出了展望。
Advantages of ZnxCd(1-x)S solid solution photocatalyst were introduced. More common used preparation methods of ZnxCd(1-x)S photocatalyst were reviewed. The research progress about the performance of photocatalytic hydrogen production from water splitting and degradation of pollutants of ZnxCd(1-x)S photocatalyst were detailed introduced. The contents mainly included the following aspects: own different components,metal ion doping,semiconductor materials composite and carbon materials composite. Finally,the development trend of ZnxCd(1-x)S photocatalyst was prospected.
