不同温度下晚松生物质热解成分分析

摘要 晚松是一种优良的生物质能源树种,热解制备生物质油是生物质能源转化利用的重要途径。本文利用PY-GCMS联机系统对晚松在400℃、500℃、600℃三种温度条件下的热解产物进行了分析研究,结果表明产物中包含从C2-C19的多种有机化合物,400℃热解得到的产物含有较多的大分子;热解产物的成分包括醛、酮、酯类、苯酚衍生物和含氮化合物等多种化合物;晚松热解产物的含氧量较高,其生物质油不能作为成品直接使用,需要进一步加工精制。 Pinus rigida shows excellent characteristics in the aspect of biomass energy and preparing bio-oil is an important way for utilizing it. The pyrolytic component of Pinus rigida at 400 ℃,500 ℃,600 ℃ by PY-GC-MS was studied. The result demonstrated that the bio-oil contained different organic compound of C2 - C19 and there were much larger molecular in bio-oil at pyrolytic temperature of 400 ℃ than that of 500 ℃ and 600 ℃,that was to say higher temperature was beneficial to producing small molecular. The chemical component of bio-oil contained aldehyde,ketone,ester,derivative of phenol,and so on. Because of its high oxygen content,the bio-oil should be further processed to improve its quality so that it could be used as a kind of oil product.
