小麦胚芽油天然维E软胶囊缓解小鼠体力疲劳的实验研究

Experimental Study on the Wheat Germ Oil and Natural Vitamin E Soft Capsule on Relieving Fatigue of the Mice

通过实验考察以小麦胚芽油和天然维生素E为主要原料生产的软胶囊对小鼠缓解体力疲劳的影响。将160只雄性小鼠分为低、中、高剂量组及对照组,分别连续灌胃给予溶剂及小麦胚芽油天然维E软胶囊样品(剂量为0.183 g/kg·bw,0.367 g/kg·bw,1.100 g/kg·bw)30日,测定4组小鼠载重游泳延长的时间、血乳酸、血清尿素、肝糖原等体力疲劳指标。只有高剂量组小麦胚芽油天然维E软胶囊小鼠的负载游泳时间明显延长、肝糖原储备量明显增加、运动后血清尿素水平明显降低,与对照组相比数据差异性评价显著(P<0.05)。小麦胚芽油天然维E软胶囊具有缓解小鼠体力疲劳功能。

To observe the impact of the wheat germ oil and natural vitamin E soft capsule on the relieving fatigue of mice,one hundred sixty male mice were randomly divided into four groups： control group,wheat germ oil and natural vitamin E soft capsule low,middle and high dose group. All mice were continuously intragastric administrated the soft capsule at the dosage of 0. 183 g/kg·bw,0. 367 g/kg·bw,1. 100 g/kg·bw,respectively for 30 days. The loaded-swimming time,blood lactic acid,serum urea and liver glycogen were recorded. Compared with the model group,the wheat germ oil and natural vitamin E soft capsule（ 1. 100 g/kg·bw） could remarkably increase loaded-swimming time and liver glycogen,decrease serum urea level after exertion. The results indicated that high dose group and control group difference were significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. The wheat germ oil and natural vitamin E soft capsule could relieve fatigue of the mice.
