羧甲基高吸水树脂合成及对重金属离子的吸附 被引量:3

摘要 羧甲基马铃薯淀粉为原料合成高吸水树脂,并对其吸附重金属离子的性能进行了研究。实验结果表明,羧甲基马铃薯淀粉基高吸水树脂对重金属离子Cu^(2+)、Zn^(2+)、Cr(VI)的吸附量随交联剂含量的不断增加而增大;随重金属离子初始浓度的增加而增大;随单体中和度的增大,先增大后减小,吸附量最大值均出现在中和度为30%时;高吸水树脂对Cu^(2+)、Zn^(2+)吸附最大值分别出现在pH为4左右、5左右;并由光电子能谱验证了Cu^(2+)在高吸水树脂表面上的吸附。 High water absorbent resin was prepared using carboxymethyl potato starch as raw materials,and the heavy metal ion adsorption rate were studied. Experimental results showed that adsorption capacity of superabsorbent resin on heavy metal ions such as Cu(2+),Zn(2+)and Cr( VI) with the crosslinking agent content continuously increased with the increase of the initial concentration of heavy metal ions,it also increased first and then decreased with the neutralization degree of monomer increased,adsorption capacity of maximum value occurred in the neutralization degree was 30%,high water absorbent resin on Cu(2+),Zn(2+)adsorption maximum value appeared at a pH of about 4 and 5,by the photoelectron energy spectra the Cu(2+)absorbent on the surface of super resin was verified.
