碳纳米管改性PEBA膜的制备与渗透汽化分离性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 本次试验以聚醚嵌段酰胺(PEBA)为原料,制备了PEBA均质膜,再将羧基化碳纳米管以及环糊精改性的羧基化碳纳米管加入PEBA进行改性,并对这三种膜进行渗透汽化测试和相关表征。结果表明,当添加的碳纳米管占PEBA质量为0.1%时,羧基化碳纳米管改性膜的渗透通量和分离因子均比纯PEBA膜有所提高,而环糊精改性的羧基化碳纳米管填充膜的分离因子比纯PEBA膜明显提高,但是渗透通量低于纯PEBA膜。 As raw materials,polyether copolyamide( PEBA) were used to prepare PEBA membrane,and then the carboxylic carbon nanotubes modified carbon nanotubes and cyclodextrin modified carboxylic modified,carbon nanotubes were added. The three membranes were tested in pervaporation testing and related characterization. The results showed that the carboxylic carbon nanoyube with content of 0. 1% could increase the flus and separation factor of PEBA simultaneously. The cycloudextrin modified carboxylic carbon nanotube with the content of 0. 1% increased the separation factor of PEBA obviously but decreased the flusx of PEBA.
