菘蓝根茎叶有效成分的研究

Study on the Effective Components from Root,Stem and Leaf of Isatis Tinctoria

靛蓝靛玉红是菘蓝的有效成分,实验针对菘蓝的干燥根、茎、叶使用同种溶剂即四氢呋喃溶液相同提取条件进行提取,制定靛蓝靛玉红标准曲线,用紫外分光光度法测定菘蓝各个部位即根、茎、叶中的靛蓝与靛玉红的含量,通过比较菘蓝根、茎、叶的靛蓝靛玉红含量大小,实验多次重复验证,结果得出菘蓝叶中提取出的靛蓝和靛玉红含量最多,其次是茎,最后是根。

The active component of isatis tinctoria is indigo and indirubin. It uses tetrahydrofuran to extract the indigo and indirubin from dry root, stem and leaf of isatis tinctoria, make the standard curve. With ultraviolet spectrophotometer,the content of the indigo and indirubin in each position was determined comparing the component of indigo and indirubin from the root,stem and leaf of isatis tinctoria and repeating the experiment. It concluded that the leaf of isatis tinctoria had the most content of indigo and indirubin,then was stem,the least was root.
