摘要
氮封流程是目前储罐工艺设计的常用流程,用于密闭储罐气相空间,隔绝有害气体溢出,在储运化工领域得到了普遍的应用。氮封可有效提高我国石化企业库区节能环保工业水平。在现主流设计思路,氮封流程由机械式调节阀控制,对于储罐气相流程目前并没有良好的水力计算依据及流程参考参数。这些问题将导致氮封设计无理可依,并可能造成重大安全事故。本文将对上述问题进行阐述,通过分析水力模型给予改进性意见。
Nitrogen sealing process is the common process of storage tank design. It is widely used in the field of storage and transportation of chemical industry,which is used to seal the gas phase space and to isolate the harmful gas.Nitrogen sealing can effectively improve the level of energy saving and environmental protection industry in the reservoir area of China ' s petrochemical enterprises. In the current mainstream design ideas, nitrogen sealing process by mechanical valve control for tank gas phase process there is no good hydraulic calculation basis and process parameters for reference. These problems will lead to unreasonable design of nitrogen sealing laws,and may cause major accidents. The above problems were elaborated on,through the analysis of the hydraulic model,some opinions were given.
