以某炼油厂为例对石油炼制行业的清洁生产审核进行了分析和探讨,从生产工艺、设备、能源资源、过程控制、废物利用和管理、员工及产品等全方位入手,查找原辅材料、能源消耗量大、浪费严重的环节,确定污染物产生和排放量大的瓶颈部位,有针对性的制定并实施清洁生产方案,从而实现节能、降耗、减污、增效的目的,为企业创造实实在在的环境效益和经济效益。

Taking a refinery in the oil refining industry as an example,clean production audits were analyzed and discussed,from the production process,equipment,energy resources,process control,waste utilization and management,staff and a full range of products to start,looked for raw materials,energy-intensive,wasteful links,identify bottlenecks and pollutants emissions from large place,it targeted to develop and implement cleaner production program,in order to achieve energy conservation, energy, pollution reduction, efficiency purposes, and create real environmental and economic benefits.
