通常采用水洗氨工艺的焦化厂蒸氨塔顶温度控制在100℃-102℃之间.蒸氨塔顶压力10kPa-25kPa之间。生产出的浓氨水浓度在10%-13%(质量浓度)左右,仅能勉强满足焦化自身煤气脱硫使用,仍有部分氨气富余。目前水泥厂烟气脱硫脱硝需要使用浓度为18%(质量浓度)以上的浓氨水.焦化生产的浓氨水浓度若能达到18%以上不仅减少了富余氨气的处理问题还能增加销售收入。
Generally, the temperature and pressure at the top of ammonia still equipped with water washing ammonia process in eoking plant are 100℃-102℃ and 10-15KPa respectively. Concentra- tion of strong ammonia water arising from coking is 10-13 mass%. The eoncentration barely meets demand for coal gas desulfurization in our own company. There is some surplus ammonia water. Re- cently, cement plants need ammonia water with 18 mass% ammonia for desulfurization and denitrification of flue gas. If concentration of ammonia water from coking are higher than 18 mass%, not only the problem about surplus ammonia treatment is solved, but aLso sales income will increase due to surplus ammonia sale.
