摘要
中间包钢水温度的控制。对铸坯质量的稳定提高,生产的稳定顺行至关重要,温度过高或过低都会对成本消耗、铸坯质量造成不利影响,并且钢水温度控制不好,容易造成生产中断,因此控制合适的钢水温度不但有利于降低消耗,也有利于铸坯质量的提高、生产效率的提高。通过对钢水过热度和铸坯质量的相关关系跟踪,以及对钢水温度的影响因素的分析,制定相应措施,降低了钢水过热度.从而提高铸坯质量和减少生产事故。
Temperature control of molten steel in tundish is very important to stabilize and improve billet quality and make production stable and smooth. Too low or too high temperature adversely affects cost and eonsumption and billet quality. Unsuccessful temperature control of molten steel easily eauses production halt. Therefore, appropriate temperature of molten steel not only reduees consumption but also improve billet quality and production efficiency. By tracking correlation between molten steel overheat and billet quality and analyzing influence factors of molten steel temperature, we make relevant measures to decrease superheat of molten steel and improve billet quality and decrease production accidents.
