摘要
增设水钢煤焦化公司蒸氨系统循环冷却水APS-TS物理阻垢装置。使其循环冷却水进入高温换热器之前水分子内部共振,改变水分子团簇大小及Ca2+存在形式,阻止CaCO3水垢在换热器内壁的附着,确保蒸氨废水换热器的长期、有效运行,在稳定煤气洗涤净化、焦化废水处理的同时降低职工劳动强度、换热器维检修频次及成本,保障生产稳定、顺行。
APS-TS physical scale-inhibition device added in cooling circulating water system of ammonia distillation in our eoking company makes internal resonance of water molecules to change size of water molecule clusters and existence form of Ca2+ before cooling circulating water entering the high-temperature heat exchanger. Therefore, water scale with CaCO3 is prevented from adhering to inner wall of heat exchanger, long-term effective operation of heat exchanger of waste water from ammonia distillation, washing purification of coal gas and treatment of waste water from eoking are stabilized, labor intensity of workers decreases, repair frequency and maintenance cost are reduced, stable and smooth production is guaranteed.
