摘要
包头东华热电有限公司2014年对脱硫公用系统进行改造,增设了石灰石粉仓及浆液箱备用补浆系统后,在石灰石和石灰石粉使用过程中因系统之间相互独立、没有导通,球磨机系统出力发挥不足,间接导致石灰石粉使用量大、费用高。针对这一问题,包头东华热电有限公司对石灰石制浆系统进行了优化改造,在保留石灰石和石灰石粉各自供吸收塔管路的同时,将原石灰石浆液泵回流管接1路分支至新粉仓浆液箱,改造后石灰石粉使用量大幅降低。
In 2014,desulfurization public system was transformed on Baotou Donghua Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.adding an additional bunker and limestone slurry tank slurry alternate complement system,in the course of daily desulfurization limestone and limestone powder due to the systems independent of each other,the system does not turn on pass,ball system output was insufficient,indirectly led to the use of a large amount of limestone powder,high-cost cases.Baotou Donghua Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.took desulfurization lower costs transformation,taking reservations limestone and limestone powder for each absorber pipe,the original limestone slurry pump return pipe connected to a branch of the new toner box slurry tank to optimize the way to reduce the cost of limestone powder.
